The picture shows solidification. The simulation measures the size and placement of feeders and ingot
Solidification simulation:
The picture shows the shrinkage from the solidification and the inclusions (the red). The funnels are in the feeders which verify that the feeders and ingot are placed in the right place and that they are enough dimensioned.

Flow simulation:
The picture shows the speed of the melt through the ingot. In this simulation, verify that sideboard speed and the amount of melt per second are right. Up to 98 % sure.
